Scars into strength. Ruptures into renewal.
Practical, evidence-based therapy for people who are done with feeling stuck — the 2 am racing mind, the Sunday-night dread, the same argument on repeat. You bring the courage. I bring the tools, and a steady, non-judgemental ear.
Sound familiar?
You don't need to be "broken" to see a psychologist.
Most of my clients are capable people — tradies, IT professionals, parents, business owners — who are high-functioning on the outside and running on empty underneath. If any of these land, you're in the right place.
"My mind won't switch off."
Awake at 2 am running worst-case scenarios. Tired but wired. Anxiety isn't a flaw — it's a habit that's outlived its usefulness. We can retrain it. How I treat anxiety →
"Everything feels heavy and grey."
You're going through the motions, but the spark's gone. That's not laziness — it's your brain stuck in protection mode. Depression is treatable. How I treat depression →
"We keep having the same fight."
Or worse — you've stopped fighting and started living like flatmates. Relationships are skills, and skills can be learned. Couples therapy →
"I should be able to handle this myself."
You've built a career on solving problems. But you can't read the label from inside the jar. A good psychologist is a mirror, not a crutch. Individual therapy →
Who I work with
Built for the way Western Sydney actually lives and works.
Early starts, long commutes, shift work, mortgage pressure, a culture of "she'll be right". I get it — and the practice is set up around it, with Saturday morning and weeknight evening sessions.
Tradies & blue-collar blokes
Straight-talking support for stress, anger, relationships and the stuff you don't say out loud at smoko. No couch, no psychobabble.
IT & corporate professionals
High-achieving and high-functioning, but burnt out, restless or stuck at a crossroads. I've spent decades in that world — I speak the language.
Couples

How it works
Three steps. No waiting rooms full of forms.
Book a first session
Book online in two minutes, or call. The first one to three sessions are about fit — it matters that you gel with your psychologist.
Map what's going on
We chart your patterns — what triggers them, what keeps them going — using evidence-based assessment. No judgement, just clarity.
Build your toolkit
Practical strategies from CBT, ACT and Gottman Method you can use the same week. We aim for 5–10% better, then we keep building.
"The struggles will become your story. And that's the beauty of kintsugi — your cracks can become the most interesting and resilient part of you."
Meet Allan
A psychologist who has actually lived your pressures.
Before psychology, I spent over two decades in high-pressure business environments — leading teams, coaching executives and steering organisations through change. I've published two books on change management. I've known burnout, impostor syndrome, fatherhood and career crossroads first-hand.
I act as your mirror: revealing hidden strengths, spotting the patterns holding you back, and challenging you when you're ready for it. You're the expert on you. My job is to help you connect the dots.
